DOWNLOAD TOYA ASSEMBLY SIMULATOR

There are two tasks to be completed in this Virtual Skills Assessment round of the TOYA competition:

1. Timing the Revolution Max Powertrain
2. Assembly of a Milwaukee Eight 6-speed transmission

PLEASE NOTE: You only have ONE attempt.

If you experience any technical issues whilst taking the assessments, please take screenshots and email them to hdu.emea.support@harley-davidson.com so that we can reset your progress and allow you to have the option to reattempt.

TO ACCESS THE SIMULATOR:

Please make sure you are on a Windows machine as this simulator is designed only for the Windows operating system.
Click the ‘Download’ button below. This will download the simulator files.
Click on the zipped file you have just downloaded and unzip the file to a location of your choice.
Launch the simulator by clicking on the ‘Simulator_Launcher’ file with the H-D icon.
There is a tutorial available for you to familiarise yourself with how the game works. It is strongly recommended that you take this tutorial as many times as required until you feel comfortable and confident with the controls.To access the tutorial, please select one of the tasks.
Once you are ready to proceed, make sure you are in a quiet area. You have 60 minutes to complete these tasks.
